Overview
Redesigned the corporate website for DOU Creations Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based marketing consultancy specialising in Japanese business expansion across Southeast Asia. The site serves a bilingual audience (Japanese and English) and needed to clearly communicate the company's "ARM+S" strategic methodology, client case studies, and service offerings to both domestic and international visitors. Solo designer and front-end implementer, working directly with the CEO and marketing stakeholders throughout the project.
Process
The project began with a discovery phase to understand the company's positioning, target audience, and content structure. I produced hand-sketched wireframes to map out the information architecture, defining page hierarchy, navigation flow, and content priority before any visual decisions were made. These were reviewed iteratively with the CEO and marketing team, allowing stakeholder feedback to shape the structure early — avoiding costly revisions later in the process.
Once the architecture was validated, I moved into visual design and built using WordPress and a custom CMS configuration. CSS was updated to align with the redesigned visual language. The project concluded with usability testing to validate that the final experience was clear, navigable, and accessible across devices.
